Many Species Need to Play

We know that humans and their domestic companions- dogs and cats, for example- benefit from a little recess.  A new study out of the University of Tennessee shows that we aren’t the only ones who need to ‘play,’ that is, perform voluntarily in a low-stress, relaxed environment; fish, turtles, and even wasps apparently display this behavior.  Read the story here.
